Will Haven
Hardcore/noise metal band from Sacramento, CA (USA). Formed in 1995 the band released a self titled EP in 1996 on Landscape Records, leading to a deal with Revelation Records (8). In 1997 the acclaimed debut "El Diablo" was released, followed by tours with Limp Bizkit, Deftones and Soulfly. Vocalist Grady Avenell left in 2002 and the band ended. They reunited in 2005 and continued with a new frontman (Jeff Jaworski) in 2007. As of their latest release in 2011 their original vocalist Grady Avenell is back.
Fake Figures
Fake Figures
Fake Figures hails from Southern California and features members of notable bands such as Atreyu, Hotwire and Scars of Tomorrow. The band formed In 2011 with the common interest of making music that blends elements of metal, alternative and punk while keeping an undertone of music from the late 90's. In December of 2011 the band released their first EP Hail The Sycophants which was produced by Pete Charell (Trapt) and mixed by Shaun Lopez (Crosses, Far). The EP received critical praise and garnered key press from sources including MTV Buzzworthy, Revolver, Alternative Press, Punknews.org and more.

In 2013 the band entered the studio with Saosin guitarist and producer Beau Burchell to carefully craft their new EP "They Must Be Destroyed". This marks the band's studio debut of drummer Steve Ludwig (Nations Afire) and writing contribution from guitarist Heather Baker. "TMBD" is a slight departure from the experimental sound the first EP; writing punk/hardcore/alternative tracks that took nearly 6 months for the band to pen, record and mix.
Weight of the Sun
Weight of the Sun
"Every turn of Commons’ emotive tide is a heavy-handed crescendo that finds the little pockets where you’ve stored your musical snobbery, and then breaks it apart to widen your horizons." - Osprey

"Weight of the Sun sound pretty much exactly like Jupiter-era Cave In. And when I say that, I mean it as an absolute compliment. Not many bands combine pop hooks with metal’s heaviness, so it’s nice to see that there’s one that does right in our own backyard." - San Diego CityBeat

"This kinda sounds like when Cave In stopped being a hardcore band and made that weirdo space rock record." - Noisey/Vice
